Preferred Vendor List

Tried and true, these vendors have proven themselves to deliver on one of the biggest days of anyone’s life. All of the following vendors have been to Poplar Hill Estate for at least one event so far, but many are regulars that we are always happy to see our couple’s book. While our couples are free to choose any vendor listed or not, we do highly recommend the caterers and coordinators listed, as they are familiar with our facility, set up, and expectations for ourselves and our couples.

At Poplar Hill, we want our couples to build their own wedding. Weather that means staying in a budget, having a certain caterer, or just being able to go crazy with any idea they have floating around, we are here for it and highly encourage it! Meeting new vendors and seeing new ideas why weddings are so much fun for us. The day is one our couples have nothing but fond memories of after, and we couldn’t ask for more than that.      Each wedding truly represents the couple and who they are together.
